TVS Apache RTR three hundred aka Akula 310
The TVS Akula three hundred ten is rumoured to come as the thicker Apache RTR 300. Powering this bike will be the same 313cc engine that propels the BMW G310R. However, the motor will be tuned to suggest the spectacle and characteristics of a decent sportsbike. The engine will come mated to a six-speed transmission system and will develop close to thirty four bhp of power and twenty eight Nm of torque.
Benelli Tornado 302R
Due to the BS-IV emission norms, the launch of the Benelli Tornado 302R has been shoved further by a few weeks. This motorcycle is now rumoured to be launched in India sometime by April 2017. The Benelli Tornado 302R will come powered by a 300cc, inline two-cylinder engine, that has been mated to a six-speed gearbox. The fuel injected motor develops a maximum power output of thirty six bhp with a peak torque of twenty seven Nm. The engine fitted in the 302R is the same unit that propels the 302R’s naked sibling – TNT 300. Once launched, the Benelli Tornado 302R will challenge the likes of the Kawasaki Ninja three hundred and Yamaha YZF-R3. Coming to the price, the Benelli Tornado 302R is likely to be priced close to INR three lakh (ex-showroom) for India.
BMW G310R
The much awaited BMW G310R is all set to be launched in India in the next duo of months.This bike has been developed under the joint venture of BMW Motorrad and TVS Motor Company and the agreement has been signed to manufacture bikes under sub 500cc category. The BMW G310R comes powered by a 313cc engine mated to a six-speed transmission system. The engine produces a maximum power output of thirty four bhp with a peak torque of twenty eight Nm. Expect this bike to come at a price of close to INR Two.25 lakh for the Indian two-wheeler market.
Bajaj Pulsar one hundred fifty NS
The upcoming Pulsar one hundred fifty NS is no doubt one of the most anticipated bikes slated to be launched in the country in the coming months. The Pulsar one hundred fifty BS will have the same underpinnings as the Pulsar two hundred NS. Propelling this bike will be a 149.5cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled motor tooled with Bajaj’s DTS-i (Digital Twin Spark Ignition) technology, producing power close to seventeen Bhp along with thirteen Nm of torque. The bike has been already launched in Indonesia and might be launched in India during the next four to five months.
Hero Xtreme 200S
The Hero Xtreme has been in the market for almost half a decade now and the company is now prepping up bring a more powerful update of the motorcycle. The Xtreme 200S was very first showcased in the country at the two thousand sixteen Auto Expo in February and received a good amount of attention. Some reports suggest that the fresh Hero Xtreme 200S will come in the year two thousand seventeen itself with ofcourse, a 200cc engine and some astounding features like a stylish figure design, rear mono shock absorber, Six pack (Anti-lock braking system) and a lot more.
Hero Dare 125
Few days back, we had reported that Hero MotoCorp is all set to launch a 125cc scooter by September 2017. The scooter in question is rumoured to be the sporty Dare that was showcased at the two thousand fourteen Auto Expo. The Hero Dare will draw its power from a 124.6cc, air-cooled engine mated to an automatic transmission system, putting out 9.38 bhp of power and 9.8 Nm of torque. Prime highlights of this scooter include Daytime running lights (DRLs), front disc brake, mobile charging port, LED tail lamp section and much more.
UM Renegade Commando Mojave
UM Motorcycles is all set to launch the special edition of the Renegade Commando that will come with a Mojave suffix. As the name suggests, the bike will come inspired from the deserts of North America and hence, will feature a similar paint scheme. Powering this bike will be the same 279cc engine that runs the standard Renegade Commando. The spy photos of this motorcycle have already leaked and it is rumoured to hit the dealerships by May 2017.
